BOPP PROCESS SPECIALIST
Selangor - Bandar Baru Bangi

Responsibilities:

· To operate and manage the BOPP extrusion line activities effectively and efficiently.

· To ensure the BOPP extrusion line machine is set in a good condition to run smoothly with minimal wastage and reject.

· To perform fast and systematic trouble shooting.

· To conduct autonomous maintenance on the BOPP extrusion line machine.

· To perform shifts duty and a hands on person.

Requirements:

· Minimum is Degree in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Science / Production Management or related discipline from accredited institutions of higher learning.

· 5 years working experience in BOPP extrusion line.

· Independent team player and able to withstand work pressure.

· Good command of English Language & Bahasa Malaysia.

· Well versed with MS Word, Excel & Power point.

DCS Operators PTA (code: DCS PTA)

Qualification:
Candidate must have a Diploma / Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; with minimum of Ten (10) years experience in (PTA) Plant operations including control room console. Knowledge and experience in commissioning and startup activities. Good knowledge on required standard of safe working practices.

Production Shift Supervisor PTA (code: PSS PTA)

Qualification:
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with 10 5 years of experience in PTA in a Petrochemical. A good knowledge about Control and Optimization schemes, Programming and Process Simulation and must have proficient skills, good analytical an problem solving skills.

Instrument Engineer (code: IE PTA)

Qualification:
Candidate must have a Degree in instrument Engineering and with a minimum of eight (8) years experience as Instrument Engineer In a Refinery or Petrochemical Plant and a minimum tour (4) years maintenance engineerin9 experience. Capable of the design, selection of instruments, and the preparation of field installation packages for minor project work. He must be familiar with the accepted industry codes and the range of instrument applications and types found in a typical modem petrochemical complex. he must be prepared to work with field technicians in troubleshooting the above equipment and should have some experience in this area. Construction experience including loop checkout would be.

Maintenance Technician (code: MT PTA)

(Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Welding, Fabrication, rigging, protection)

Qualification:
Diploma / industrial trade certificate in electrical engineering, he must be Associate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, and instrument Engineering with 10 years of experience in Petrochemical or Refinery Plants.
